Job responsibilities:


To maximize the revenues of customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customers wallets
To deliver revenue under set target
To maintain a high level of credit quality in the jobholder’s customer portfolio and to mitigate the hidden risks of the evolving Global Banking products.
To build effective customer relationships and to become the customers’ preferred financial partner and trusted advisor.
To coordinate the CST to ensure the clients’ needs are covered in a pro-active and efficient manner
To maximize the effectiveness of subordinates, and provide guidance to his/her career development.
To support Sector Head in operational and strategic issues.
Good knowledge of the client and the market / industry in which it (and the Bank) operates;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above
At least 8 years experience as RM of coverage banking (covering either MNC or SOE)


Proven track record of the ability to drive new business initiatives by pulling in the Bank’s resources effectively;
Good portfolio management skills and good knowledge of HSBC Group products, and an established network of CST contacts across all business lines;
Good understanding of risk management and risk mitigation; and
Good command of problem solving, (verbal and written) presentation skill and leadership skill.
Good credit skill, able to identify risk and propose mitigants in the solutions provided to clients.
Close relationship with client decision makers
Able to work under pressure
