职位描述
Role of this position:
To manage and develop the Financial Department in the day to day business, and in the long term strategy, to ensure that all banking activities of the company fit to requirements and expectation. The Finance Manager supervises the financial staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibility:
-Developing and implementing payment transaction system (electronic banking)
-Setup liquidity planning and reporting
-Ensure bank account administration
-Controllin of credit line utilization (short term)
-Negotiation and monitoring of credits (long term)
-bank communication
-risk management (foreign exchange, interest and commodity)
-assistance and support for sales finance
-contact person for shareholders in finance and banking issues
Requirements:
-University degree (Finance)
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international treasury (Cash management, Liquidity planning, Financing, FX-derivatives, investor relations)
-Extensive Banking/ Accounting/ Commercial knowledge
-Knowledge of analyzing bank contracts, including risk analysis
-Solid understanding of Microsoft Office & SAP
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
-Team player
-Business fluency in English, German is a plus
-Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
