Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise industrial engineering function, process engineering function, and mainteance engineering function
• Support on 7 waste reduction in production line
• Provide effective solution on process quality issue
• Establish and sustain robust database for all new projects in terms of routing time, work center setting and MFG costing
• Estbalish and sustain TPM for all production equipments
• Provide monthly capacity analysis for all process to TOP management team
• Prepare annually budget plan for all spare parts, tools and maintenance
• Continuously optimize production floor layout to support efficient material flow, safety environment, and reliable process.
• Cooperate with HR on people' recruitment and development

Skills needed

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4).
Bachelor in an electronics/mechanical related discipline
6+ years' experience in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering field. And at least 2 years working experience in an European or American company
2+ years supervisor or manager role with direct subordinate 5+ engineers

Preferred:
Industial Engineering knowedge
Profound SAP knowledge on work center, routing setting,etc.
TPM experience
Trackable record on solution of quality problem caused by soldering, insertion.
Six sigma knowledge (Green Belt preferred)

W.E.T. China products are exported to Europe, Japan, and North America.
