JD
A. Customer contact
1) receiving customer demand via EDI, FAX or email.
2) input customer demand in to SAP system on weekly basis, deadline each Wednesday.
3) update/ analysis customer demand forecast in SAP system on weekly basis, deadline each Wednesday.
4) make the delivery plan according to customer order/ schedule; production capacity and materials availability, and get the approval from customer for the accept the delivery plan
5) Coordinate with customer once their demand has big fluctuation, try to forward additional costs to customer.
6) follow up the project EOP time, keep all department informed regarding the EOP time
7) provide the material/ finished goods inventory level to customer once project approaching EOP
B. Dispatch and invoicing
1) Work with production team and check if production team will finished P.O. on time
2) give final inspection team the delivery plan for urgent delivery
3) create the outbound delivery in SAP system for the planned delivery to customer
4) inform warehouse to prepare the delivery according to delivery plan
5) calculate the goods dimension and make the booking to forwarder
6) issue the invoice after production finished the production and warehouse finish picking the goods in SAP system
7) prepare the invoice for China customs if the goods are for export
8) send the copy of the invoice& flight details to customer via email
9) send the original invoice to customer's finance department
C. others
1) make the forecast for sales volume to controlling on bi-weekly basis
2) make the record for all project of the history of sales figures and forecast each month on weekly basis
3) make the export volume analysis on weekly basis so that export specialist can prepare the customs declaration.
4) Assist export specialist to estimate the export volume for each export project for following months, so that company can apply customs book.
5) Support customs specialist to check the forwarder's bill when necessary.
6) Apply the special freight in case the delivery time to customer can not be reached
7) Analysis freight costs and choose most cost down delivery to customer
8) Prepare the monthly payment report for some customer.
9) Reach customer special request if can reach.
10) Assist quality department to fill the delivery performance report.
Skill needed:
Good English both with written and speaking;Exellent for Excel and other office software;knowledge for supply chain and ERP;Can work under pressure.
