岗位描述：
1.Responsible for machine trouble-shooting；reason analysis and find preventive solution to ensure the equipment in corret condition so as to minimum downtime； document experience and train on-site maintainer accordingly.
现场设备故障解决,分析原因,预防方案，确保设备正常运转以期最小停机时间；经验文件化，并培训现场维修人员。
2.Assist the purchasing for new equipment； build & continuously optimize PM plan in SAP according equipment running status & spare part plan.
协助新设备的购买；根据设备状况合理安排实施PM的维修计划并准备合理备件。
3.Qualify machine parameter by validated methods to ensure foundation of product process and quality firm.
设备参数校验，以保证产品工艺和质量基础扎实。
4.Together with quality engineer and process engineer to analyze product defect,make improvement plan and implement the part that machine related.
和质量工程师、工艺工程师一起分析产品不良品，制定改进措施并执行相关计划。
Skills needed: 技能需求：
1.Above three years experience in mechanical position or other relevant technical position, major in mechanical and relative technology
三年以上相关工作经验,机械或机电一体化专业
2.Can use AutoCAD make drawing design, good skill on MS-office software
可以使用CAD软件进行绘图设计,熟练使用Office软件
3.Can do the work carefully, earnestly, professional and work hard
