Job Description（岗位描述）
1.Work as a testing specialist within the team, support project team, responsible for management of testing acitivities.
在团队里作为测试专员，支持项目团队，负责处理研发部项目测试相关事务。
2.Deeply involved in advanced product development from the beginning stage, responsible for experiment design by working closely with advanced project teams.
自项目开发开始阶段起密切配合研发部各项目组，负责与研发部各项目组一起进行实验设计。
3.Provide suggestion, comments, opinions from testing point of view, analysis the test results and discuss with advanced project teams.
从实验角度提供建议和意见；分析实验结果，与研发部项目组讨论实验结果。
4.Responsible for making tools and fixtures for testing, work closely with test labs for scheduling tests and following up.
负责制备实验相关的工具和制具；负责与实验室沟通协调实验时间安排及实验跟踪。
5.Monitor or execute testing, collect and manage the test data, give ideas for testing and design improvement according to the test results.
监管或进行测试，搜集管理实验数据，根据实验结果为实验和设计改善提供建议。
6.Ensure the testing and test data accurate and valid, make sure the testing and results repeatable & retraceable.
确保实验和实验数据的准确性和有效性；保证实验及结果的可重复性和可追溯性。
7.Participate in DFEMA & DV plan establishment, schedule, follow up and implement DV tests.
参与DFEMA & DV的建立；安排、跟踪和进行DV实验。
8.Responsible to ensure test reports in good format, manage the test data and test reports in PDM.
负责准备实验报告格；管理PDM上的实验数据和实验报告。
9.Partiscipate in activities of global testing circle.
参与全球性实验活动。
Skills Needed(任职要求)
1.Mechanical engineering or closely related, at least 3 years working experience on testing
机械或相关专业，3年以上测试经验。
2.Familiar with test specifications from different automotive OEMs regarding automotive interior
熟悉不同汽车内饰测试标准。
3.Experience on operating test instrument and equipment such as power supply, signal generator, oscillograph, DAS system, IR camera, KUKA robot, Zwick and so on.
熟悉各种实验仪器的试用方法，例如：电源、信号发生器、示波器、DAS系统、IR摄像机、KUKA机器人、Zwick等。
4.Knowledge on the testing methods and experience on experiment design or DOE is desired
熟悉各种实验方法，有实验设计或者DOE经验者优先。
5.Fluent spoken and written English
流利的英语读写能力。
6.Team player with positive mindset and willingness to share information
团队精神，愿与其他成员分享信息。
