Internal Audit Manager (based in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, China)
The position to be based in Xinxiang City, a second-tier city in Henan Province, China, is responsible for an effective internal audit function of a key business of our Group. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit in Singapore, key duties of the position include managing operational, financial and compliance audits, investigations, and consulting projects, building a strong internal audit team, and strengthening the risk-aware culture through the provision of advices, training and education to all levels of the organization. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career and professional development including broad exposure to our operations and processes. The successful candidate can expect a competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience level.
Qualifications
? Recognized accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA.
? Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
? University degree in accountancy and/or business.
? A cost and managerial accounting background (desirable).
Requirements
? 8-12 years of internal audit and /or external audit experience (including at least a few years as an internal audit manager) with international accounting firms and/or large corporations preferably with manufacturing activities. Prior experience in China would be advantageous.
? Ability to effectively manage internal audits, investigations and consulting projects.
? Self-driven, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and ability to consistently delivery results.
? Excellent communication, collaborative, problem-solving and influencing skills.
? High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
? Good presentation and report-writing skills.
