Essential Responsibilities
'- 1.5-year entry-level program with 3 rotational assignments in different function in Global Application Technology (GApT) and Commercial team. '- Possible assignments include Processing (basic Injection, Extrusion, Thermal forming, …) Testing (Standard Testing, Different Industry testing), Design & Engineering, etc. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Compliance and Expectations: To ensure your 100% compliance with the Safe Production Law of P.R. China and with GE's EHS Policy (20.3), all CTC employees must: understand and comply with CTC's EHS Policy, safety instructions and established job specific safety procedures and rules; correctly use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE); obey PPE signals; complete applicable EHS training; participate in accident, injury & illness prevention activities; enhance their knowledge of risk mitigation and emergency response skills ; and timely report near-miss cases, unsafe conditions and acts.
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Background:• Master degree with major in Mechanical, Polymer Science & Engineering, Plastic Engineering; or Ph. D Degree in Polymer Mechanical/Mould, CAD/CAE in Polymer/Plastic • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Other skills: - Fresh graduates from the well-known universities;- Good academic record and practical experiences or rich intern experience;- Fluent in English;• Computer literacy (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)• Internet literacy • Passport for international travel
