职位描述
A leading global luxury brand in jewellry and watches, with tremendous sales growth in China market in the last two consecutive years.
This position is in charge of all sales activities in the responsible region. To proactively identify new commercial opportunities and drive organic growth across the region, in accordance with the brand’s objectives. To ensure that the desired strategies are successfully accomplished by managing and directing the commercial team. Operating as a global city to build success template for future rising cites. Your success in this position is measured by overall business strategies, capacity of business development, day to day operations and sales management, customer relationship management and team management.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate degree holder and good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. Candidates must have minimum 10 years experience in retailing, preferred from luxury products retail, in which at least 5 years in managerial positions. Candidates must has in depth knowledge of product and industry. An excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behaviour, good communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial spirit, customer focus and managing & developing the team is the top three competencies this position requires.
