职位描述
Responsibilities:
Report to the CEO and be a member of the 6-person executive committee that runs the entire business.
Act as a business partner to CEO and business division heads, and play a key role in strategic planning, investments, and M&A initiatives.
Lead Finance, Accounting, IT and O&M departments; build high-performing functional teams.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial and management reporting, and provide analysis and recommendations.
Carry out credit, budgetary, and risk management controls; drive treasury, fund raising and tax planning functions.
Formulate and implement policies and systems for internal audit and corporate governance.
Drive IT initiatives to optimize staff productivity, provide management information, and facilitate controls.
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, auditors, lawyers, tax authorities and regulators.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline, preferably with a professional accounting qualification.
Minimum of 15 years relevant experience with at least 5 years track record of financial leadership experience in MNC or sizable companies.
Extensive experience in a Chinese manufacturing environment in various accounting and finance functions, including financial and management reporting, treasury and funding management, credit controls, banking relationship management, tax, and internal audit and compliance.
Unquestioned integrity. Strategic thinker, self-starter, creative problem-solver, with sound business acumen, strong analytical skills and detail-orientation.
Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills.
Stationed in Shenzhen, China; frequent traveling to Hong Kong. Fluency in English.
