岗位职责


市场部实习生应按照当前需要负责各种项目，包括：
· 客户关系管理（CRM）：确认现有客户与潜在客户以及公司员工内部信息；配合公司IT部门工作：a）修改现有的数据库基本结构，包括数据来源和常用联系方式；b）将变更信息归入新CRM系统
· 活动策划：配合活动公关经理策划活动，提升公司品牌知名度；在中国各主要城市收集与客户有关的网站并发布活动通知，提高公众参与度
· 同行调查：确认相同服务领域内所有学校的相关信息，并列表标明每所学校的主要信息，如办学年限、入学要求、课程类型等
· 海外学校调查：协助调查英美学校，补充《名校指南》的内容

· 具有应用信息与通讯技术的经验
· 熟练使用办公自动化软件，包括Word、PowerPoint和Excel；或Access等其它数据库管理系统

General RESPONSIBILITIES


The Marketing Intern is responsible for a variety of projects depending on the current needs; in 2013, these include:
· CRM/Customer Relationship Management: identify all internal databases with existing and potential customer information + staff networks and work with IT to a) modify current master database structure as needed, including fields for source and contact preferences and b) get it loaded into our new CRM
· Event planning: work with Events & PR Manager to help plan events to raise brand awareness; identify websites across major Chinese cities which target similar customers and submit events notices to increase attendance
· Competitor research: identify all schools in our service areas with similar offering and compile list which identifies key facts about each such as age range, passport requirements, curriculum type, etc.
· Overseas school research: help research top UK & US schools to provide content for our annual Schools Guides

· You have experience using information and communication technology.
· You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel; Access or other relational databases is a plus
