Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
-Define recruitment requirements and profiles, implement recruitment and selection, provide candidates in terms of quantity and quality to meet the business plan and assist the organization development
-Manage the whole hiring process and be involved in recruitment and selection
-Provide recruitment report
-Hiring channel management: set up and optimize sourcing, recruiting and selecting procedures to ensure efficiency, cost reduction and selecting suitable and sufficient applicants.

Employee Relationship:
-Work with company Social Club to organize various activities
-Support on projects to improve Employee Engage level




Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree or above
-1-2 years recruitment experiences in multinational companies
-Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

-Team work, result driven, willing to work under pressure
-Solid knowledge and understanding of Labor laws application in China.
- Proficiency in English and good PC literature
