Responsibility:
1. Increase lighting sales revenue as well as demand creation opportunities via completed LED modules. This role is responsible for the design and development on Level 2 and Level 3 LED/LED driver lighting module (semi or completed goods) where this target to compile energy star solid state lighting requirement.
2. Working very closely with lighting application manager, he/she will be the key designer of LED/LED driver module and also responsible to follow the overall design process from conceptual design, pcb layout, prototyping, design verification test to production pilot run in timely basis.
3. He/She will work closely with manufacturing/module subcontractor, to set up the manufacturing quality control process on arrow lighting modules to increase overall product reliability. Meanwhile, he/she should alsoinvolve and provide assistant when there are technical issues on EMI (Electro magnetic interference) and safety qualifications. Able to turn the design into manufacturing parts to be sold by our sales team with good quality.

Requirements:
1.University graduate 5 years LED lighting and LED driver design experience
2.Knowledge of lighting qualification standard such as EMI, safety, and etc.
3.Able to do transformer design and PCB layout independently 4.Familiar with LED driver supplier market leader products
5.Good communication skill and able to handle English
