Responsibilities and Accountabilities

On time

1. Review the tax filling and tax declaration, ensure the tax data is accurate and tie to ledger to be compliance with the tax law, network with tax bureau closely and control the tax risk

2. Manage fixed assets and perform cycle count. Monitor the fixed assets movement / disposal process, ensure the input tax and output tax have been paid timely in same disposal process.

3. Prepare AR aging report , work with sales and project team closely to push AR collection.

4. Travelling and expense approval, review the cost centre booking entry , prepare cost centre report, analysis the expenses (Act V’s Bud, Act V’s Forecast)

5. Complete Tegranga report, ensure the BW/ Tegranga/ PWX data are match each other

6. Prepare the balance sheet reconciliation and analysis the key accounts, ensure the business transaction have been booked timely and accurately

7. Network with SSC , raise ticket, review the entry have been post by SSC, support FD on monitoring the financial statements

8. Support and cooperate with auditors on annual auditing

9. Assist FD on budget, process improvement, implement training to end users

Measurement

日常报表工作

u 每月按时出具ALSTOM报表，并保证各数据的正确性；

u 每日正确出具财务重要指标及订单指标的报表；

u 分析报表数据，确保财务三大报表的准确性

内控工作

u 定期回顾与本职工作相关的公司现有的内控制度，确保理解到位并能根据实际业务情况提交更新需求

u 检查与本职工作相关的各部门的内控执行，对不符合要求的现状建议业务改善

u 向FD提交与本职工作相关的流程优化建议，推动持续改善和效率提升

Educational Requirements

Bachelor degree in Finance Management or Accounting

Experience

1. 5 years or above relevant working experience , at least 2 years controlling working experience and 2years tax working experience; Muti-National manufacturing enterprises experience is preferred

2. Solid accounting skills and familiar with PRC GAAP and IRRS as well as tax law

3. Strong knowledge of finance and accounting, good tax accounting knowledge and controlling skills

4. Good financial analytical and quantitative skill

5. Fluent English speaking and writing

Good communication, cooperation skills and high motivation.
