Archibat HR Asia is looking a Senior Architect for a famous foreign engineering and construction company. This is a world leading design and engineering consultant corporation with the worldwide business covering UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and USA, holding a total of 20,000 employees including over 1500 planners urban designers and architects.
Location: chengdu
任职要求：
· 丰富的国内住宅设计经验
· 普通话熟练
· 英语较好
· 有较好的客户管理能力，能充当项目经理的角色协调顾客和设计团队的关系
· 能协助成都/中西部地区的业务拓展
· 有国际建筑师事务所工作经验优先
· 汇报对象：区域总监

Qualifications:
· Strong Residential Design Experience in China market
· Fluent Mandarin Speaker
· Reasonable English language capability
· Have good client management skills, and able to act as Project Manager between client and design team
· Able to assist in business development in the Chengdu / mid-west region
· Previous experience working with international architect firms is not necessary but would be an advantage
· Will report to the regional director
