Goals:
- Support and assist National Service Manager's work to make service department profitable
- Organize regional service process
- Monitoring service quality and improve Service Work efficiency
- Achieve service contract in his region
- Contact headquarter service department to solve technical problems
Main tasks/ Skills/ Responsibilites:
- Offer support and guidance to service engineers in his region
- Taking care of escalating service issues, direct contact and communicate with customers/engineer/headquarter support
- Arrange engineers for installation and get acceptance
- Update information in database system
- Report to National Service Manager
- Support other area installations or difficult installations
- Follow up the service issues until the "call" is closed
