To provide professional and timely technical expertise to customers, to initiate and/or support commercial team to develop new application / new development, and to support the promotion of the company’s products, in order to develop the Specialty Polymers business in Auto market.
? To provide the technical service and support to the all the accounts located in the South China (including application / development support, material selection, part design review, tooling design review, molding trial running , troubleshooting and productivity improvement etc.),
? To provide technical marketing support to the sale team for marketing documents, marketing programs, trade shows and seminars etc.
? To provide market intelligence / development trend for global new product development and product optimization,
? To track / communicate / report the status of the development products situation with global R&D team.
? To manage and develop long term relationship with the customers that he /she is assigned for.
? To share with his /her expertise with whole MT team, support to build up one total-solution team.

Requirement:
? Mechanical engineering/Tooling engineering / Polymer Bachelor degree or above.
? At least 5 years working experience in the field of engineering plastics, injection molding or tooling design which relate with engineering plastics.
? Be familiar with molding trial running of plastics, know the assessment and certification process of plastics; have the experience to work with commercial team together to develop new application and new development.
? Good cost analysis and new development / application skill
? Business understanding of engineering polymers in application and development,
? Able to know the basic knowledge of mechanic, injection molding process, tooling design and product design etc…
? Able to travel within China frequently
? Able to work and communicate clearly with internal and external
? Be open ,self confidence and great team work spirit
Strong desires for success, self motivated, proactively looking for new challenges.
? Fluent in Chinese + English and ability to communicate in both languages locally and globally.
