Incoe Hot Runners is looking for a Key Account Manager for the South China Plastics market. The main functions are to drive domestic demand and to coordinate with the international sales team on foreign accounts. Reporting and visibility are critical in order to efficiently allocate resources on the global sale. Candidates with an understanding of the Chinese business environment and ability to work within corporate norms are highly desirable. Incoe is willing to develop individuals provided sufficient base skills and positive attitude. This role requires becoming technically conversant.
Responsibilities include:
? Prospect, qualify, and develop new accounts for:
? Multi-national ODM/OEM, Automotive Tier 1/Tier 2
? Multi-nationals in other industries
? Domestic Large Accounts
? Forecast and report sales and activities
? Coordinate with the International Sales Team
? Work with local sales, service, and engineering in technical discussions

In an average week, at least 1 day should be spent in the Dongguan office or interacting directly with the DG sales force.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
? Experience in the automotive or plastics industry
? A technical degree in Engineering, Plastics, Science, Tool Making, or Business
? Fluent Mandarin and very good English. Or vice-versa.
? Sales experience, with a desire to learn the methodology of the complex sale
