DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Home Search / Immigration Division

· Accompany and conduct home search services with Santa Fe’s clients mainly focus in Dalian, but maybe Shenyang, Haerbin, Changchun if necessarily.

· Maintain and update property database/ Santa Fe internal system and paper files.

· Sell Santa Fe Home Search Services to corporate accounts in conjunction with Corporate Sales Staff.

· Prepare detailed needs analysis for each potential client and identify suitable properties meeting their requirements.

· Be prepared to perform home search services to clients during evening hours and on weekends, if required.

· Responsible for all the follow up services to clients during the lease term.

· Ensure all the documents (move-in documents, lease, needs analysis, invoices, etc.) will be in the filing systems.

· Assist in the co-ordination of real estate services by the Santa Fe Real Estate Panel.

· Be responsible for follow up and resolution of maintenance issues for authorized customers, including updating Santa Fe systems with relevant information, and creating action plans where needed

· Participate in customer meetings as requested

· Ensure quality customer service is provided at all times

· Ensure all the documents (health check, marriage certificate, work permit, residence licence, etc.) will be in the filling systems and upload into Relo Assist/ GT as well.

· Keep good relationship with Labour Bureau, PSB and our vendor.

· Be more careful for original documents (passport, work permit, etc.) which should be locked in the office or

deliver to clients hands directly.

REQUIREMENT:

-2+ years relocation or housing search relevant working experience
-college degree above
-good communication skill
-fluent english both in speaking and writing
-Others：customer service, immigration, relocation or real estate is a plus.
