Job Description
? Working interactively with US based resources, and China customers this individual will be responsible for design and documentation of various ambient and sub-ambient cooling systems for diverse customer base in medical, semiconductor and industrial markets.
? Develop component specifications, drawings, bill of materials, qualification test plans/reports, manuals, and preliminary work instructions.
? Support the transition of new systems products from prototype to production in Changzhou factory, working closely with CZ Production Manager.
? Work with sales in pursuit of new business through design, costing and proposal activity.

? Participate in design reviews to ensure design input, cost, and schedule requirements are met.
? Conduct risk assessments for compliance and field reliability (DFMEA) is preferred.

? Advance the company’s capability in providing advanced cooling solutions to high technology customers’ engineering teams in China.
? Build relationships with engineers at key customers in China and other Asian countries.
? Self-starter. Motivated, confident and persistent in meeting project goals.
? Good communicator, both externally (customers) and internally (management, colleagues, sales, operations). Capable of clearly communicating system features as they relate to benefits to the customer.
? An advanced knowledge of electro-mechanical components; pumps, fans, heat exchangers, valves and able to integrate them into a high-quality, high-reliability system.
? Working knowledge of power/motor circuits for valves, fans and pumps, and experience with design, selection and use of temperature, level, pressure and flow instrumentation. Experience with use and programming of temperature controllers and PLCs.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English language.
? Knowledge of Solid Works is preferred
? Travel required to US, within China and throughout Asia as required


Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in EE or ME
? 3-6 yrs experience in designing and managing the development of electro-mechanical systems
? Direct experience in the design of advanced control systems used in liquid cooling for industrial, semiconductor, or medical applications
? Experience in reliability (HALT & HASS) testing
