人才寻访员（Researcher）
岗位职责
1.按照顾问的要求，设定寻访渠道和寻访目标公司.
2.根据客户提供的职位要求，通过各种渠道在目标公司中寻找适合该职位的候选人。
3.负责电话联络候选人，获取候选人基本信息。
4.将搜集到的信息及时录入公司系统。
职位要求
1. 中专及以上学历,专业不限
2. 1-2年工作经验，应届毕业生也可
3. 良好的沟通能力，性格外向
4. 学习能力强
5. 行动迅速，执行力强
6. 积极进取，愿意接受挑战
7. 良好的英文读写水平
