I. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily routine secretarial support to Regional General Manager;
Prepare management reports for Regional General Manager;
To work as a coordinator between the Regional General Managers and his direct reports, also act as lubricating agents between different managers to create and enhance team work;
Coordinate the communication between the Management and internal / external contacts
Translate communication and other given documents.
Organize and coordinate meetings. Interpreting when needed, such as management team meeting, conference, workshop, guests visit, etc;
Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings;
Arrange and confirm appointments and schedules for Regional General Manager
Take part in the organization of internal events (such as CNY dinner).
II. Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Public Administration or Business or related majority;
At least 5 years of worked experience as a General Manager Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent computer skills, especially PPT skill;
Fluent in both oral and written English;
Proactive, flexible and can work independently.
