Responsibilities:
This Position is responsible for developing and managing software engineering program that support Polycom China product development.
? Responsible for the cost, schedule, launch, and technical performance of product development.
? Directs all phases of program(s) from inception through completion.
? Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.
? Develops and coordinates program plans to meet business needs; is responsible for schedule, budget planning, cost control, applicable program support, and cross-departmental collaboration.
? Coordinates and participates in technology project reviews. Coordinates proposal preparation,; establish milestones and drive execution.
? Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:
? BS degree, or higher, in computer science or related engineering field
? 15+ working experience in Hi-Tech industry
? At least 5 years of experience in program management, independently managed full lifecycle program and global program
? Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Requires strong technical skills and knowledge in software product development. Experience in embedded software development or hardware product development is a big plus.
? Must be self motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
? Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
? Good communication in both English and Mandarin, written and oral. Being able to lead meetings/discussions and present reports to native English speakers
