所属部门：项目销售及推广部

岗位职责：
1、制定项目整合营销运作策略，跟进在售项目营销推广，并确保实施进度和效果；
2、指导、管控在售项目日常策划工作的进展与执行；
3、提案及定位方案、营销方案、推广策略等文案写作；
4、独立带领策划团队，并负责团队人员的指导、培养、管理，对团队工作效率与质量负责；
5、服从公司统一管理和调度，与其它部门密切配合，组织带领团队提供强有力的技术支持。

任职要求：
1、熟悉成都房地产市场；
2、5年以上同行业工作经验，2年以上策划团队管理经验，成功独立操作过2个以上营销策划项目；具备房地产策划、营销、推广、渠道、活动等相关专业知识；
3、沟通能力、统筹计划、团队意识、执行力等方面具有良好的综合素质或独特优势（有知名代理公司策划管理经验者优先）；
4、责任心强；能够承受工作压力；可接受出差；
5、本科以上学历。
