岗位职责：
1.协助研发部经理完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
2.协助研发部经理完成部门内部规章制度、绩效考核制度、工作流程规范的制定等工作；
3.对部门绩效考核进行资料收集、数据统计、评分审核，提供正确的绩效考核报告；
4.针对研发部员工开展各种规章制度和工作流程规范培训；
5.协助研发部经理进行招聘工作；
6.协助研发部各类会议的材料准备、记录等相关工作；
7.协助做好公司规章制度的执行与监督，做好公司内务及安全管理；
8.为公司领导做好日常工作保障，并协助做好会议、活动安排等工作；
9.接待来访、接听来电、解答咨询及传递信息工作；
10.协助人事部门处理一些日常事务工作；
11.完成领导交办的其它事项。

任职要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历，在绩效考核、员工培训方面有一定的工作经验；
2.熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，特别是Excel、Word、PPT的应用；
3.有良好的文字功底；
4.英语读写能力较强，大学英语四级或同等英语职称（含）以上；
5.具有良好的学习能力；
6.工作严谨、态度积极、善于与人沟通，能够独立完成工作任务；
7.有良好的责任心、事业心及团队意识；
8.优秀的组织、控制、执行能力；
9.能够承受较大的工作压力，能同时协调处理多项工作；
