Role Summary:
The Sourcing program manager will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an business segment. In this role you will use your experience or expertise to source and qualify new suppliers, develop and execute objectives for self and the team, and achieve company business goals.

Key Responsibility:
Understand the business strategies and proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives
Source and secure qualified suppliers, meanwhile, continuously develops new suppliers
Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability
Negotiates with suppliers in terms of price, availability, delivery, payment, after service, etc
Reviews supplier quotations and negotiates contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. Prepares and follows up purchase orders
Monitor the delivery and quality performance of suppliers, identify and followup the corrective actions for late delivery and defectives
Drive effective recovery plans and create payment tracking and invoice analysis
Evaluate the current systems and provide recommendations for improvements


Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or related majors
Five years of purchasing and supplying chain management experience, of which at least 2 years in managerial level
Familiar with purchasing process, Basic knowledge of quality system
Good communication skills and project management skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficient of using MS OFFICE
Six Sigma / Lean trained

      成都航宇超合金技术有限公司（英文名称：Chengdu Aerospace Superalloy Technology Co.,Ltd，中文简称“成都航宇”，英文简写“CAST”）成立于2013年7月，是深圳证券交易所上市公司――炼石航空科技股份有限公司（股票代码000697）的全资子公司。公司位于成都西南航空港经济开发区，注册资本2亿元，主要从事“超高温合金的研发、生产、销售；航空发动机、工业燃气轮机叶片的研发、生产、销售、维修及技术服务”。

      2013年7月，成都航宇落户成都市双流区，总体规划建造一个占地面积400亩，集高温合金冶炼、叶片精密制造、叶片回收维修为一体的完整产业链，辅以航空高温合金材料研究所等配套设施的现代化企业。在内部管理上，成都航宇将参照国际知名航空材料企业管理模式，打造出一个符合欧美标准，国内一流的航空材料及零部件生产研发企业。

      2014年3月，成都航宇“航空发动机叶片”项目全面开工建设，项目总投资8.9亿元，占地200亩，总建筑面积60071平方米。建设内容包括年产80吨含铼高温合金生产线和年产5.5万片单晶涡轮叶片生产线，项目建成达产后，可实现年产值10.94亿元，利税总额3.3亿元。项目建设过程中，中组部和省市主要领导多人次莅临项目建设现场调研指导，并被列入“四川省重点建设项目”。

      经过两年时间的紧张施工和安装调试， “航空发动机叶片”项目已于2015年底基本建成，占地两百多亩的集研发办公大楼、主厂房、餐厅、公寓和健身运动设施一体的花园式工厂（一期）即将全面投入使用。在专家团队的努力下，公司已经研发生产出两款具有自主知识产权的高温合金和三种晶体结构（单晶、等轴晶、定向晶）的涡轮叶片。公司研发生产的高温合金材料及单晶涡轮叶片是制造航空发动机和燃气轮机的关键材料，项目达产后将大大缩小我国航空发动机高温合金材料及核心部件与国际先进水平的差距，对推动我国航空材料的国产化具有积极的示范作用，对我国航空产业发展自主化和国际化战略具有积极的推动作用。

      未来，成都航宇还将与母公司炼石航空的另外两家控股子公司“成都中科航空发动机有限公司”、“朗星无人机系统有限公司”一起，共同在西南航空港经济开发区内打造一个集航空发动机高温核心部件、中小推力涡扇发动机、大吨位无人运输机为一体的航空制造产业链、构建一个集团化航空产业群。
