he key responsibilities of the Quality Manager are to:
Manage and develop an effective quality control team.
Conduct incoming inspection, finial inspection, comply with code ( ASM, PV, NSA ) requirement.
Investigate problems and developdisposition, corrective and preventive actions for recurring discrepancies.
Coordinate the claim handling for PHE / WHE.
Act as contact person for PHE / WHE quality issues with sales, product centre, or customer if needed.
Interface with production, production support, sourcing, global quality and supplier on quality matters and improvement activities.
Coordinate the external (3rd party and customer) inspection.
Other work assigned by Quality Director.

The ideal candidate has Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering or similar educational back ground,
and more than 8 years working experience in mechanical industry, more than 3 years of supervisor or managerial experience.
And has the knowledge of pressure vessel, material, NDT or has heat exchanger experience will be preferred.
The candidate should have good communication and have high integrity, be good at self-motivation and motivate the team.
The position reports formally to the Quality Director.
