职位描述
Key tasks:
1. Manager for CP Operators and CP Team Leaders
2. As process owner be responsible for:
o safety + EHS
o quality + Q-system
o delivery
o cost
3. As owner secure the quality, via audit dialogues, and execution of the SOP’s
4. By own presence drive performance of the team and employees
5. Be responsible for own cost account, P4
6. Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities
7. Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues
8. Control of quality, deviations and line stops
9. Provide the team with relevant information
10. Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level
11. Perform audits according to ALPS
12. Plan, prioritize, and secure resource to perform the work and reporting
13. Communicate standards and support the unit - Be example to others
14. Follow up KPI
15. New employee recruitment, and continuous competence developing
16. Monthly attendance administration & performance appraisal & yearly skill review.
17. Development and updating of SOP
18. Responsible for process control and timely analysis on root cause of quality problems and follow up;
19. Responsible for the purchasing plan of consumables and tools;
20. Work in alignment with ISO14001 Environment Management System: Dangerous material and waste protection and assorting within work area.
21. Other tasks assigned by dept. manager.
Take the responsibilities required by other quality assurance system in company.
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor education or equivalent knowledge
2. Leadership and management skills
3. 2-4 years of experience from relevant area in a production/manufacturing company
4. Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
5. Good technical knowledge on pressure vessel and ASME welding.
6. Fair English both oral and written
