职位描述

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The RLKAM is responsible for all LKA commercial interaction in the region. The scope of responsibility ranges from negotiating trading terms to management of execution of key priorities in the assigned accounts. The role requires close cross functional interaction with Trade Marketing and regional sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for negotiating trading terms
- Responsible for achieving strategic objectives with the customer i.e. IMS and 4Ps in stores e.g. range distribution and share of shelf
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to RB commercial strategy
- Responsible new product launch in the assigned customer and ensuring successful implementation of launch deliverables
- Responsible for selling the category stories to drive presence and placement with the customers
- Building and managing effective long term relationship/partnership with the customers
- Carry out customer reviews on a periodical basis highlighting performance and opportunities
- Continuously look for opportunity to improve RBs significance with the customer
- Implementation and ongoing management of the category strategy per customer
- Create and manage trade activity calendar for each account
- Manage Trade Spending in LKA

JOB COMPETENCIES/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

? 7-8 years of Sales/Key Accounts experience
? Mandatory experience in negotiating with Local key accounts
? Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of influencing customers
? Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Good people management skills and demonstrated team player
? Computer literate – Good usage of Microsoft packages like Power point and Excel
? Fluency in written and spoken English
? Bachelor degree in Business Management
