Job Description:
Responsible for all FCSD Purchasing processes, policies, procedures, data, reporting, and system interdependencies that APA FCSD Purchasing uses from a business process prospective.
1. Lead the development and implementation of all policies and procedures for APA FCSD
2. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed across the region
3. Manage all purchasing data and make it available for use by APA FSCD Purchasing staff.
4. Responsible to deliver purchasing cost performance report each month; measure purchased part cost against a defined baseline and report overall and individual part cost moves; communicate report results to team
5. Responsible to support APA FCSD Purchasing data requests and provide information to support reporting and measurement of other APA FCSD purchasing managers
6. Manage and maintain all procedures and other documents; manage all APA FCSD databases and shared drives
7. Support APA FCSD purchasing systems (WIPS, PCII, GSDB, etc) from a business process prospective; be responsible all data input processes and procedures from a regional prospective
8. Manage the relationship with the Ford IT teams implementing and managing software system changes that impact APA FCSD Purchasing
9. Be a link with Global FCSD Business Development, Ford IT, APA FCSD finance material cost and with the APA FCSD PS&L systems (PANDA)

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 10 yrs + experience
3. Familiar with automotive parts, components and general manufacturing processes; familiar with the value chain from supplier to production
4. Experience in any of the following is preferred: IT, Purchasing in Manufacturing industry, Supply Chain Management, or Sourcing; implementation of business processes
5. Proven analytical and negotiation skills, ability to work across matrix organization, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to influence stakeholders; ability to manage large projects
6. Excellent English oral and written communication skills
7. Principled in all business dealings, adaptable to new situations and challenges; able to work with minimal direction
