The primary function and purpose of this position本职位的主要功能:

-Development, management and optimization of MBCL CAC biz plans and procedures
-Achieve biz target(P&L, new services development, client satisfaction)
-Achieve high level service standards and levels
-Discuss with all related parties to generate solution to resolve business problem efficiently
-Responsible for new project setup management and 3rd party/internal coordination;
-New client acquisition is nice to have

Work-related Skill / Competency 与工作相关的技能

Expertise in CRM, Direct Marketing.
Know how in Customer services, Call center, Multi service center
Strong communication skill as well as presentation skill;
Good in English written and speaking skill;
Be familiar with MS-office, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
Working experience in Automobile industry is preferred ;
Working experience in global agency is preferred
