职位描述
The primary function and purpose of this position:
1. Applies analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of data-mining generated from CRM system.
2. Work closely with clients on identifying and defining their business objectives for their CRM project and keep in good touch with customer, collect requirements, and provide suggestions.
3. Use customer's requirements to outline the scope, size, cost and time line of the CRM project, as well as develop an action plan on how to achieve the client's objective.
4. Provide customer suggestion in developing loyalty program and manage the execution of the entire program.
5. Work with BMW CIC team, related department or external resource to develop and implement project.
6. Actively participates in relevant commercial activities with value-added and dynamic CRM program through cross- departmental communication.
Work-related Skill / Competency:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. More than 3 years CRM / ERP program design and implementation experience.
3. With above 2 years experience in Automotive related industry.
4. Deep understanding in database marketing, email marketing or online marketing.
5. Strong Can-do attitude and is willing to work on details.
6. Outstanding analytical skill, be capable of manipulating the data into actionable information.
7. Task driven and good at time management deliverable under tight schedule.
8. Good communication skill in English and Chinese.
9. Proficiency in common PC based application with high level presentation talent.
10. Clear understand on how to create reports, presentations, project management plans and schedules that communicate and track the progress of CRM projects.
