The primary function and purpose of this position本职位的主要功能:
The Account Manager has responsibility for managing and growing the client relationship on one or more accounts under the direction of Business Director, includes managing existing clients as well as targeting and winning new clients. The Account Manager provides client and project team leadership, develops mid-senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as a trusted advisor.
1. Manages project relationship with select clients;
2. Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships;
3. Build relationships with senior managers within client organization;
4. Understands clients, businesses and identifies potential services/products to maximize client ROI;
5. Provides leadership, support and ongoing guidance to members of the project team;
6. Has a point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issues;
7. Develops detailed proposals and statements of work to win projects;
8. Significantly grows the client relationship in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
Work-related Skill / Competency:
1. 2 years of Account Management or Sales management experience in customer relationship and loyalty solutions;
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: business, marketing, communications or computer science;
3. Understanding of Customer Relationship Management, Content Management, Digital Marketing and Internet Technologies;
4. Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership;
5. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications both English and mandarin;
6. Outstanding presentation skills both English and mandarin;
7. Possesses a comprehensive and detailed knowledge of issues within CRM related business;
8. Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and problem solving skills related to program and account management;
9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
10.Keen sense of creative thinking and problem solving;
11.Strong results-oriented.
