职位描述：
1、 了解分析客户招聘需求，拓展及维护新老客户，制定合理化招聘方案，与客户谈判并达成合作；
2、 执行公司的销售策略及政策，达成业绩目标；
3、 能熟悉了解产品特性，快速有效地解决客户的问题、投诉、反馈、建议等，提高客户的满意度；
4、 充分挖掘自身工作潜力，收集一线营销信息、用户意见、当地市场信息、竞争对手信息等；
5、 积极向公司提出参考意见，并树立维护企业形象。

任职要求：
1、 大专及以上学历，性别不限；
2、 一年以上销售经验，行业不限；其中有电话销售经验或者电商行业、互联网行业、广告等从业经验者优先考虑；
3、 具备较强的人际沟通能力，及逻辑思维能力；
4、 认真负责，诚实敬业，对工作有激情，有上进心；
5、 热爱销售工作，有强烈的成功欲望和抗压能力；
6、 有良好的客户服务意识，精力充沛，具备在较强压力下出色完成任务的能力。

工作时间：

五天八小时工作制，享受国家法定节假日及带薪年假
