职位描述

The primary function and purpose of this position:
1. Guides clients and operation teams to define measurement strategy and plan
2. Work with BMW global & local teams to develop and manage a business intelligence infrastructure to support CRM marketing objectives and improve client and operation teams' decision making.
3. Develop, generate and manage detailed data reporting and measurement requirements and frameworks that provide insight to the performance of clients' digital media programs.
4. Monitor performance of CSI SSI on a weekly basis; work with operation team to ensure delivering as planned.
5. Provides insights, evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis and where appropriate to improve CRM marketing program performance and support forecasting efforts
6. Collaborate with BMW team to develop strategy performance optimization recommendations.
7. Manage the system trafficking, testing, tagging, QA, reporting and optimization efforts.
8. Utilize syndicated industry research/measurement tools to enhance analysis
9. Work with internal and global teams in Business Intelligence, Measurement & Analytics, and Operations, to implement and localize best-in-class processes and methodology.

Work-related Skill / Competency:
1) Bachelors degree in math, science or engineering or other quantitative studies with strong analytical skills
2) Minimum of 3 years data related experience, preferably in the auto CRM/marketing industry
3) Must have experience as a Business Analyst, DATA Master or equivalent technical and data analytics roles
4) Experience with tracking and analytics tools
5) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin
6) High-level proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access along with clear understanding of SPSS, SQL Server and other analytical tools
7) Solid understanding of database architecture
8) CRM marketing analysis experience preferred
