Job Description:

1 Ensuring that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective, safe and first-class condition.
2 Supervising the facility staff including the security team.
3 Schedule periodically fire drills and emergency evacuation tests to ensure evacuation out of the building can be executed correctly and in timely matter.
4 Build a strong working relationship with clients to resolve problems and/or conflicts and maintain open communications with the client including regular written and oral reports.
5 Developing and reviewing work processes to ensure that work is being performed in a safe and effective manner.
6 Recommending cost effective solutions and implementing appropriate corrective action to major or complex maintenance issues including equipment repair, and calibration.
7 Developing preventive maintenance programs to achieve the lowest life-cycle cost associated with providing a satisfactory environment for employees; establishing specific maintenance actions and their frequency of performance.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in business administration, electrical, manufacturing engineering is required.
2. 5 years experience in facility management.
3. Competent knowledge of state and local environment, health, fire and safety regulations.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
5.Be able to work in high pressure and time limited.
6. Fluent in oral and reading English.
