Key responsibilities:
Manage or lead assigned IT projects based on standard methodology; involve in the whole project life cycle or working closely with China HQ for specific projects and be responsible for the implementation on site.
Work together with IT help desk and application teams to support bussiness.
Lead or perform the plant's Infrastructure administration,maiteneance and operation management.
Ensure the administration and monitoring processes are in consistent with standard practices
Liaise and support all levels of end users on the site to help resolve any IT issues being escalated.
Team build,motivate and management.
Plant IT infrastucture asset management and supplier management.
Qualification:
At least 5 years of experience with information systems in manufacturing environmnent.At least 3 years as responsible for information systems.Automobile industry background is plus.
Good knowledge and skills on network (Cisco)/server (Win-Tel/Linux/VMware).
Good knowledge and skills on Storage, VOIP and Data center management.
Familiar with information security and IT control process.
Absolutely trustworthy.Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.Able to build up team spirit and can motivate team.Can communicate & work across organizations and with all levels of staff and management.
Able to work efficiently under high pressure.Able to work in project organizations and good project management experience.
Good oral/written English. Good team work spirit. Self-motivator and flexible.
