We are seeking a qualified mainland Chinese individual to be a factory manager at our 6,000 sq. meter facility. The successful candidate should have a university degree and at least 10-15 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry in a management-level operations position. Further, the candidate will have at least some experience in all of the following areas:

? Manufacturing
? Operations
? Production planning
? Factory layout and workflow
? Logistics
? Packaging
? Inventory management
? Exporting

The ideal candidate would be experienced with all of the above. Previous experience at a foreign manufacturing company is preferred but not required.

This position will report to Managing Director who will be present in China 6-8 months of the year.

Salary based on experience.

We are an US-owned company, operates a fabrication facility in HuoXian Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing, China. The products we produce are pipes and pipe fittings for export to the USA. We process raw materials into finished products, package them and load them into shipping containers. Fabrication processes include cutting, reaming, threading, and bending of galvanized pipe.
