职位描述：
1、审批立项申请报告，主持研发项目立项工作，合理配置项目开发资源
2、组织、指导制定企业技术研究、产品开发、分析测试、技术支持等方面的各项规章制度，并对其执行情况进行监督、检查
3、按照企业研发计划的要求，组织新项目、新技术可行性研究，制订产品研发规划
4、组织制定和实施重大产品决策，及时了解和监督产品研发规划的执行情况
5、负责研发管理体系的建立、完善及运作，产品项目研发流程的规划与审查监督
6、负责指导、管理、监督下属分管部门的业务工作，使其不断改善工作绩效

职位要求：
1、计算机或相关专业，硕士及以上学历，具有程序开发的实际经验，具有有网络游戏行业从业经验
2、工作严谨认真，沟通能力强，具有很强的团队协作能力，具有技术团队管理经验
3、熟悉windows 平台下、NET平台下C#软件开发技术，有ASP、NET平台下Web开发经验者优先
4、熟悉Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle 中一种或者多种数据库;扎实的数据库基础知识，有一定数据库设计能力
5、能独立完成程序设计开发文档
6、努力工作，能承受一定压力，刻苦学习，能迅速补充自己的不足
