职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Work closely with site manager and provide professional HR support to ensure smoothly running of business;
2. Ensure district human resource related annual plan is fully and properly executed in TAO site;
3. Rresponsible for HC management , to ensure HC allocation is reasonable and accord with business;
4. Be responsible for staff recruitment, interview, hiring process and probation management;
5. Implement orientation training to new staff, find training needs and coordinate annual training plan execution in TAO;
6. Ensure TAO labor contract signing, renewing and termination process is accord with national and local laws;
7. Collect attendance information and materials, be responsible for leave, OT, attendance system management and so on;
8. Handle staff enrollment, exit and status change process;
9. Organize staff activities in TAO site;
10. Coordinate annual performance review.
11. Be responsible for annually audit from industrial and commercial administration ;
12. Be responsible for Tax application & management in tax system;
13. Be responsible for Invoice issue management for TAO all projects;
14. Ensure operation data to be submitted in time;
15. Maintain and update Safety & PTQ related documents such as HIRA, legal list, emergency plan and so on;
16. Generate GMS &Safety &PTQ&CAPA and related reports regularly in time;
17. Ensure Kaizen sheet is finished and submitted to FG website every month;
18. Other work assigned by OPS Manager, admin and HR dept.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. At least 2 year experience on human resource and admin;
3. Good command of English;
4. Proficient in MS Office software.
