This role, besed in Changchun or Baicheng, will be responsible for providing professional technical supporting and trouble-shooting service to client. Further responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides end to end service delivery through the provision of technical support· May diagnose and resolve product performance problems.
· Support and resolution of client PC hardware, configuration and operating system issues in the Field environment.
. On demand break/fix technical support to district personnel (Standard - via Help Desk log, Emergency - direct contact).
. Assist with approved IT Technology Solutions and application rollouts.
· Maintains a functional understanding of company service solutions.

Skills/Experience Required:
· 3-4 years working experience in IT industry;
· Technical skills on server and storage is a must;
· Good communication skills;
· Good English skills in oral, reading and written..
