职位描述
Responsibilities：
Responsible for production and distribution planning, sourcing planning including all nodes in the supply chain
Enhances strategic partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and customers, creating communicating channels for critical information and operational improvements.
Establishes product life cycle management system to ensure the new and existing products can be optimally integrated into the supply chain and capacity management activities
Manages outbound operations, including all fulfilment activities, warehousing and transportation to customers
Sets up transportation strategy, including frequency, routes, and contracting
Improves the strategic network optimization
General Qualifications:
Outstanding people leadership and management skills with superior communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong organization-building skills, including ability to attract and develop new talent and to develop linkages with the company’s different functions
Good command of English proficiency, both spoken and written English
Highly initiated and full of enthusiasm
