我的工作职责是什么？
- 遵照规定的开发流程，在规定的架构基础上，进行项目任务的设计和文档编写
- 确保相关项目部分的所有相关项目需求（功能性以及非功能性的需求）的实现
- 按照开发流程的要求，遵照规定的开发方法和其他标准（如：设计指南、编程规范等），对项目任务进行更正和流程补足（实施和单元测试）
- 按照预先确定的标准和测试案例，进行模块单元测试的实施和文档编写
- 按照预先确定的标准和测试案例，进行集成测试的实施和文档编辑
-特定组件的集成和系统测试的纠错

我如何才能胜任？
-精通编程语言C/C++，具备嵌入式软件开发的专业开发经验
- 具备以下工作经验之一
-１年以上的嵌入式系统驱动开发工作经验（至少３～５种不同类型的驱动），熟悉至少一种实时操作系统（RTOS）－（例如WinCE, vxWorks,Linux, usOSII中的一种）
- 或者1年以上的电能质量，电表，集中抄表，或类似的项目的R&Ｄ工作经验
- 或者 1年以上的电力通讯协议的开发R&Ｄ工作经验，精通至少一种通讯规约，例如61850,103,104,101
- 或者2年以上某一种电力自动化产品或系统的开发经验，（继电保护产品，或变电站自动化系统，等等），有继电保护教育背景或知识尤佳

What are my responsibilities?
-Design and documentation of assigned project components based on the specified architecture and in compliance with the defined development process
- To ensure the implementation of all relevant project requirements (functional and non functional) in the project components responsible.
- Correct and Process compliant realization (implementation and unit testing) of the assigned project components according to the defined development methodology and other standards (e.g., style guide, programming guidelines, etc.) as required by the quality
- Where appropriate, implementation and documentation of the module testing to the responsible project components according to predetermined criteria and the specified test cases
- Where appropriate, implementation and documentation of the integration tests in accordance with predetermined criteria and the specified test cases.
- Introduction of corrections of errors and their verification of the integration and system testing in the unique components.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Skillful in C/C++ programming, knowledge of Embedded SW development
- One of the following working experiences is requested
- more than one year’s working experience in driver development (at least 3~5 different type of drivers), and be familiar with one of the RTOS (e.g. WinCE, vxWorks, Linux, UsOS II)
- Or more than one year’s working experience in product development of Power Quality, Power Metering, load control terminal, concentrator or similar
- Or more than one year’ working experience in product development of Power communication protocol, at least master on the following protocol, 61850,103,104,101
- Or about 2 years’ working experience in one of power automation device product / System development (relay protection, substation automation, etc), and education background or knowledge of relay protection is a plus
