Job Description:
The role of the Traffic/Producer is to plan and manage the workflow, handle multiple projects and maintain communication between company/stakeholder and agency.
-Prepare project management deliverables, to ensure adherence to company standards and methodologies
-Monitor and control progress throughout all phases of a project
-Manage and ensure resolution of all issues, including influencing business through decision-making processes where necessary
-Wrok proactively with various stakeholders and project team in defining, shaping and prioritization of business requirements
-Ensure execution of project plan - implementing appropriate controlling processes
-Establish priorities among project activities
Requirements:
-Minimun of two years - experience as a Project Manager/Digital Producers
-Strong communication skills(both English and Chinese), verbal, written and active listening
-Understanding of basic Project Management skills - balancing time-budget and scope
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Negotiation and troubleshooting skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Good documentation skills
-Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines
-Pro-active problem solving ability
职位描述：
主要负责计划安排及管理工作流程问题，同时处理多个项目并且维护公司与代理机构以及其他利益相关者的关系。
－准备项目管理所需相关资料，确保公司理念顺利实施以达到公司标准
－监管控制整个项目中的每一个阶段的每一个进展
－确保代理团队能够按时完成工作
－处理相应问题确保得以解决，包括通过影响必要的业务决策过程
－在与不同项目团队合作时，需要在业务的方向，大致状况和优先次序方面有一定的前瞻性
－用适当的控制程序确保项目的顺利执行
－在项目中建立起适当的优先权
工作要求：
－至少两年项目经理或者数模建立工作经验
－良好的中英文交流能力，包括流利的口语，书写及听力能力
－对于基础项目管理能力有充分的认识与理解，能够在时间预算以及规模中取得一定平衡
－出色的个人交际沟通能力
－良好的谈判技巧及解决纷争的能力
－对细节的高度重视
－良好的文件撰写能力
－能够在压力下完成工作并有紧迫的时间观念
－有主动解决问题的能力
