Producer
Key Duties：
- Define project scope(goals, deliverables, schedule and budget);
- Manage project quality and schedule. Update, prioritize and report project status to the management team;
- Work with Traffic managers to manage internal creative team to evolve creative concepts into executable deliverables;
- Work with Account managers to manage client expectations and clarify client needs to the internal team;
- Anticipate obstacles and address them before hand;
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on the and within budget;
- Come up with solution to any emergency, issues and feedbacks during the production and operation.
Skills:
- 2+ years producer experience or a directly-related field;
- In depth knowledge of web development and associated technologies;
- Quick thinker, able to develop concepts and carry out solutions quickly;
- Be a skilled, creative and confident presenter and negotiator;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Chinese and English.
工作职责：
- 制定项目范围（目标、结果、时间安排和预算）；
- 管理并控制项目质量和进度，定期整理并汇报项目进展；
- 和Traffic一起确保创意概念的实施；
- 和客户部一起引导客户的期望值，并确保内部团队清楚了解客户的要求；
- 预见项目实施过程中可能的问题并提前解决；
- 确保项目准时、高效完成；
- 在项目进展过程中，对项目的突发问题及反馈意见能够积极应对并灵活处理。
岗位要求：
- 2年以上制作人或相关领域工作经验；
- 在网站开发及相关技术方面有深厚的知识功底；
- 能迅速延伸思维并实施于解决方案中；
- 具备一定的谈判技巧，富有创意且自信；
- 良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
