Sandvik Machining Solutions, a global market-leading manufacturer of tools and tooling systems for advanced industrial metal cutting. Products are manufactured in cemented carbide and other hard materials such as diamond, cubic boron nitride and special ceramics. In 2012 sales were about 28,500 MSEK with 18,300 employees.

The position would directly report to Local Engineering Manager, below please refer to the job description:

Key performance areas 工作职责:

? Check incoming inquiries for completeness and if it is within the core competence of WALTER检查需求完整性,核对是否在WALTER核心竞争范围之内
? Enter the inquiry into the system把需求输入系统
? Work out the machining concept, where required with time calculation or operation plan and tool layout with the provided systems and according to the company policies and procedures根据公司政策和程序,在已有系统上根据工时要求或操作计划或刀具布置构思加工方法
? If special products are necessary check the productivity according to the company policies and procedures before quoting them. Make a sketch or drawing in CAD for the tool layout. Enter the master data in the system and calculate the sales price according to the company policies and procedures and check the right delivery time如有必要使用非标产品, 在提供报价前根据公司政策和程序检查生产率要求. 利用CAD作出草图或成品图. 在系统中输入主要数据, 并根据公司政策和程序计算销售价格, 检查交货期.
? Implement the tool concept into a quotation and offer it to the customer, if necessary with a presentation and/or customer visit and/or negotiation把非标刀概念放在报价中并向客户报价,如有必要,制作刀具介绍/访问客户/与客户协商
? Check open offers once a week每周检查一次未完成的报价
? After order income check if the order corresponds to the offer, consider possible changes in price and delivery time在得到订单后,检查订单是否和报价相一致,考虑价格和交货期改变的可能性
? Hand out an assembling instruction to fit the components as defined before delivery在交货前发出装配说明以此和先前定义好的组件相配合
? Instruct application engineer before delivery and beginning of machining在交货和加工开始前通知应用工程师
? Execute and coordinate customer’s claims regarding the project执行和调节客户有关项目的投诉
? Take part in project start meetings参加项目开始会议

Your profile 任职要求:

? At least 3 years work experience in metal cutting三年以上金属切削加工经验
? Degree in mechanical engineering机械工程学士学位
? Work experience in CAD, 2D or 3D在CAD,2D或者3D方面有一定经验
? Be able to work as part of a team具备团队工作能力
? Fluent in spoken and written English英语口语和书面语流利

As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
