1,Oversees a studio working on small to large projects consisting of multi-discipline and mix resources (full time,freelance,3rd party) temas.
2,Manage workflow through the studio to ensure efficient and maximum value from each our studio resources.
3,co-ordinates and drives team members to deliver to time,quality and cost expectations.
4,Seamlessly delivers a program of small,simple production requests quickly and cheaply.
5,Has a solid knowledge of the digital industry and the reality of flawless delivery.
6,Has at least 4 years demonstrable experience managing a program of production.deliverables whcih involved rolling out banners,eDM's, landing pages, icon,avatar and templates.
7,Has a practical understanding of Concepting,Design,Flash,HTML,CSS.
8,Works closely with the Planners and PM's to identify and assure delivery against key objectives.
9,Is detail oriented and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills.
10,Ensure we do not miss deliverables.
11,Has advanced skills in MS Office.
12,Can effortlessly maneuver the sliding scale between cheerleader and snap-kicker.
