职位描述
1,Oversees a studio working on small to large projects consisting of multi-discipline and mixed resource (full time,freelance,3rd party)teams
2,Manages workflow through the studio to ensure efficient and maximum value from each our studio
3,Co-ordinates and drives team members to deliver to time, quality and cost expectations.
4,Seamlessly delivers a program of small, simple production request quickly and cheaply.
5,Has a solid knowledge of the digital industry and the reality of flawless delivery.
6,Has at least 4 years demonstrable experience managing a program of production deliverables which involved rollling out banners,eDM's ,landing pages, icon, avatar and templates.
7,Has a practical understanding of Concepting,Design, Flash, HTML,CSS.
8,Works closely with the Planners and PM's to identify and assure delivery againt key objectives.
9,Is detail oriented and organized, with excellent interpersonal skills
10, Has advanced skills in MS Office
