（1）1年以上网页设计经验，艺术设计类专业尤佳，具备良好的设计思路和较强的制作能力；
（2）熟悉使用 Dreamweaver ，Photoshop，
（3）熟练掌握 HTML、CSS、Javascript。能手写代码，并保证浏览器兼容，符合 W3C 标准；
（4）能单独完成网页代码修改、切图以及到页面代码的转换工作；
（5）为人仔细, 认真踏实, 有恒心和毅力。
（6）熟练使用 subversion/ 版本管理工具尤佳

The candidate should be a Web Developer with at least 2 years experience on the following systems:
- Expert at JavaScript coding, and at least one AJAX framework (JQuery, DOJO, YUI) --Expert in HTML and CSS, conforming to best practices, W3C validation, and cross-browser compatibility - Ability to code advanced layouts in CSS, know IE-specific CSS hacks - Fluent English speaker is preferred
