职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Handle customer complaint, feedback, RMA and other information related to product and process quality.
2. Generation of project quality control instruction and plan
3. Process quality monitoring and data analysis.
4. Cooperate with other department for Process &Product quality problem resolving.
5. Process quality audit on regular or/and random base.
6. Coordinate with other departments to lead continue improvement project for product and process quality.
7. Non-conforming product disposition and corrective actions.
8. Member of Process FMEA team.
9. Support process validation
Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Telecommunication.
2. The knowledge of quality standard and tools such as ISO9001, TS16949, 6Sigma, QC 7 tools and 8D etc.
3. The knowledge of IPC standards related to PCB assembly.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Strong problem solving skills.
6. Good spoken and written English.
7. Min.5years of Quality experience in electronics manufacturing.
